We do not offer refunds on any purchases. This policy is in place because we are confident in the quality of our products.
2. Exchange Policy for Damaged Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged due to transit, we will gladly offer an exchange. To qualify for an exchange:

Notification: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item.

Unboxing Video: Provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the damage upon opening the package. This helps us assess the issue and process your exchange promptly.

Return Shipping: Once approved, you will need to return the damaged item to us. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item
Please note that exchanges are only applicable for items damaged during transit.
4. Conditions for Exchange
